This Privacy Policy is applicable to Moberly Investments Ltd., Whyte Investments Ltd., Canadian Marketing Consultants Ltd. and 356278 BC Ltd., doing business as Moberly Apartments (“Moberly Apartments“, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and sets out our policy on the gathering and use of information on our websites  http://moberlyapartments.com/ and  http://rentvancouver.com/ (the “Website“), our other sites (collectively “Sites“), and more generally, use of any of our services (the “Services“, which include the Website or Sites). We appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information.. Moberly Apartments is committed to providing safe websites for our current and prospective tenants, as well as any other visitors, and has implemented this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Moberly Apartments complies with Canadian Federal and Provincial privacy laws and regulations including the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PEPIDA).

There may be links from our Sites to other websites; note that this Privacy Policy applies only to our Sites and not to web sites of other companies or organizations to which our Sites may be linked. In Short:  We use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short:  We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Moberly Apartments considers the protection of children’s privacy, especially online, to be of the utmost importance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children nor do we allow them to become registered users of, or to request information through, our Sites or help-seeking information lines.
