Moberly Apartments offers affordable apartment rentals in Vancouver, BC. Our buildings are located near the False Creek Seawall (between Stamps Landing and Leg-In-Boot Square). As a result, we are close to the city center and all the recreational and entertainment opportunities that Vancouver has to offer.
The Buildings
Moberly Apartments consists of four mid-rise apartment rental buildings. We offer unfurnished rentals on a long-term basis. These include studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Studios start at 445 square feet, with three bedrooms up to 1080 square feet. All apartments have a private balcony or patio. Standard balconies range from 55 to 110 square feet.
Moberly Apartments also has a number of deluxe suites. These suites are larger and feature upgraded appliances and finishes. For example, stainless steel appliances, multiple bathrooms, increased living space, and large outdoor spaces. Most importantly, the views from these suites are some of the best around.
Building Design
Est. 1976. The buildings were designed with a style rarely seen in rental apartment buildings. The buildings were developed using reinforced concrete, including mostly concrete walls between apartments. This provides a number of benefits over other building materials. For instance, concrete provides great vibration and sound insulation, which reduces noise transfer. Further, concrete provides the highest level of safety and security and improves energy efficiency.
Building height ranges from four to six stories and there is only 7 to 10 suites per floor. Because of this, it is quick to get in and out using the elevator or stairs. The layout utilizes an open air “single loaded corridor” design. In other words, there are no suites across the hall and a limited number of suites in the building. As a result, residents can enjoy the utmost privacy in a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, this design allows ample natural light and ventilation into the common areas, walkways and individual suites.
